- SOUND OF NOTHINGNESS
Leaves fell apart,
will I though?
Sticking out isn't uncommon,
when trees called me offbeat.
Dreamt of a gleeful wee,
when there wasn't moral existence
to commence with.
Acceptance is wise,
wise I haven't found yet.
Pleaded, I'm what you see
You ain't enough then, I heard.
River flowing across,
yet the fullness is found.
Eating my crumpet,
had been a filthy routine.
Heading out is decent,
abandoned was my reality.
I ain't better, I wept like an ocean.
Silence stood by me.
Years quit by,
the sound of nothingness
healed eventually.
